General Questions about the Conference

1.  How do I register for the
International Digital, Mobile and Computer Forensics Conference ?

To register, click here.

You can also register at the venue by visiting the Registration Desk where you could also make your payment.  

2.  Policy on Cancellations, Changes and Refunds
The registration cancellation policy stated below supersedes all other cancellation policies both stated and implied.
Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.  All conference materials will need to be picked up in person at the conference and you must provide a valid driver’s license or passport to claim your conference materials.  No conference materials will be shipped.

4.  How do I find the hotel and conference site?
Any taxi or cab driver should be able to take you to the venue and the hotels.  

5.  When and where do I sign in once I am at the Conference site?
Registration will be held in the Registration Desk beginning at 8:00 am on Day 1 of the Conference and will remain open throughout the conference until 5:00 pm daily.

6.  What are the conference hours?  
8am to 5pm daily.

7.  Will conference attendees be provided with name badges?
Yes.  All conference attendees MUST wear name badges while in the conference area.  

8.  Will vendors/exhibitors be in attendance?
Yes.  Industry-specific vendors will be exhibiting at the Conference presenting the latest products, services and technologies.  The exhibit area will be open from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday-Wednesday of the Conference.

9.  Who should I contact if I have any additional attendee related questions?

1.  How do I sign up to exhibit at the International Digital and Mobile Forensics Conference and how much do I pay? When is it due? How do I make payment?

2.  How is exhibitor space assigned?
Table spaces are assigned on a first come, first-served basis.  We will do our best to accommodate your location preference.

3.  How close is the Exhibit area to the general session area?
The conference exhibit area will be held in central locations close to the general session area for easy accessibility and visibility.

4.  What Hotel accommodations are available?

5.  How do I find the hotel/conference site?
Any taxi or cab driver should be able to take you to the venue and the hotels.  Please refer to the hotel tab on this website for further details.

6.  Can I get electricity at my booth?
Yes.  You may require extension cords, depending on your special needs.  We can provide these at a small cost if you do not have enough.

7.  When and where do I sign in once I am at the conference site?
Exhibitor registration will be held in the conference are at 8:00 am on Day 1 of the Conference .

8.  What are the show hours and when can I set up and break down my booth?
Setup:  Day 1 of Conference  -  7:30am – 8:30am

Exhibition Hours:  8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday-Wednesday of the Conference.
Breakdown:  4:00 pm Wednesday of the Conference.

9.  Will Conference Exhibitors be provided with name badges?
Yes.  All conference participants MUST wear name badges while in the conference area.

10.  Are exhibitors invited to attend the sessions and what is the appropriate dress attire?
Exhibitors are allowed full-conference access and are full attendees as well with access to all conference sessions.  Dress is business casual.

1.  How do I become a Speaker at the International Digital and Mobile Forensics Conference?

2.  What overnight accommodations are available for speakers?

If your paper is accepted and you are coming from outside of Abuja, the Conference Organizers will assist you to arrange for your hotel accommodation.  You may contact the Conference Director for details.

3.  How do I find the hotel/conference site?
Any taxi or cab driver should be able to take you to the venue and the hotels.  

4.  When and where do I sign in once I am at the conference site?
Registration will be held in the conference area on 8:00 am on Day 1 of the Conference.

5.  What are the conference hours?
Conference Hours: 8am to 5pm daily
Exhibition Hours:  8:00 am - 5:00 pm daily.

6.  What if I need computer/internet/copying services?
Hotel guests can use facilities at their hotels; they can also make enquiries at the Registration Desk while at the venue of the conference.

7.  Will Conference speakers be provided with name badges?
Yes.  All conference participants MUST wear name badges while in the conference area.

8.  How can I promote my presentation?
We ask that you partner with us in conference promotion by notifying clients and potential customers of your presentation.  A successful and well attended conference benefits us all.
